How we started
We started in 2019 with a single apartment in Graz - renovated, furnished and let out by ourselves. That one apartment has grown into nine, all in Graz and all still owned by the family. We grew step by step, with our own hands and no investors behind us.
Our team
We are a small family business - not a hotel, not a management company. You deal directly with the owners, usually over WhatsApp and usually within minutes. Our aim is simple: affordable, clean apartments for short and medium stays in Graz - for contract workers, for students, and for guests coming to discover the city. Contactless self check-in around the clock, your own kitchen, Wi-Fi included.
